Zeno | International Adoption

Zeno was born in March 2015 and found abandoned when he was a newborn. He has been diagnosed with intelligence developmental delay.

Zeno was 2 years old when his adoption report was written and living in foster care. He was in good physical condition and could run and jump. He was fairly shy around strangers but played freely at home. His language and sensory abilities were delayed but he could understand what was said to him, and would respond when asked for objects. He was imitating words and was able to speak 3-5 words. He could pick up small objects with his fingers, go up and down stairs, build a tower of blocks and was cooperative with dressing. At home he was very active and fond of listening to music and playing with siblings.
