Crew

Crew was born in May 2014 and found abandoned when he was around 14 months old. He has been diagnosed with cerebral palsy.

After being admitted to his institute Crew he received rehabilitation training for language, walking, fine motor skills, etc. His adoption report was written when he was 2.5 years old and at that time he could walk holding a railing but didn’t have a stable gait. He could hold tiny objects like little beads, understood caretaker’s instructions and could imitate, and made early sounds. He was said to be a positive and smiling boy that all of the caretakers liked. Playing games made him happy.

Crew could move blocks in and out of a cup, bang them together and build a tower. He knew “big” and “small” and some colors. He could imitate words and understood what “no” meant. He was cooperative with dressing and could point out his body parts. Crew was said to be fond of playing with toys, picture books, playing games and listening to music. He was described as being an active boy and extroverted boy who got along with others well. His favorite activity was playing with caretakers and his favorite toys were colorful balls.
