Caden has long list of special needs but it sounds like he is receiving good medical care. His adoption report was completed when he was around 17 months old and indicates he lives in foster care. He gets bored sitting in the walker and likes to play games. When caretakers talk to him or feed him he smiles at them. Caden’s report states he has no feeling in his legs. He is a quiet child who is fond of listening to music and playing with toys. His adoption file contains several medical reports and details of his surgeries.
