Caden has long list of special needs but it sounds like he is receiving good medical care.  His adoption report was completed when he was around 17 months old and indicates he lives in foster care.  Caretakers said he has strong social skills and smiles when he sees people and makes expressions to let them know he’s happy.  He likes going out for walks and touching things.  He gets bored sitting in the walker and likes to play games.  When caretakers talk to him or feed him he smiles at them.  Caden’s report states he has no feeling in his legs.  He can sit and lie on his stomach and uses his arms to support himself.  His upper limbs are strong.  He likes playing with toys, especially those that make sound.

Caden is said to be healthy and his hydrocephalus is stable.  He gets catheterization 3 times in the morning and night and stays dry at night.  He has a good appetite and is chubby.  He is a quiet child who is fond of listening to music and playing with toys.  His adoption file contains several medical reports and details of his surgeries.
