Nick was born in September 2013 and found abandoned when he was about 9 months old. Although Down Syndrome was suggested upon his admission his official diagnosis appears to be “low intelligence” and “heart murmurs.”

SPECIAL FOCUS CHILD RELEASED TO THE SHARED LIST

Three months after admission to his institute Nick was transferred to the Infant Parenting Program. At that time he was responding to sounds, tracking objects with his head and smiling when played with.

When he was 5 months he was rolling over, smiling when he heard his name and enjoyed playing with his hands and being cuddled. He was also making sounds to respond when talked to.

At the time of his report he was 8 months old and able to sit with help. He liked toys with sounds and was happy to see familiar people. He is quiet and likes watching other kids playing. He has a ready smile and can kick his feet with strength.
