Milo was born in May 2013 and found abandoned around his first birthday. He has been diagnosed with hypospadias, hernia and cerebral dysplasia.

Milo’s adoption report was written when he was 18 months old. At that time he could walk without help but would often stretch out his arms for help with balance. He could hold his milk bottle and liked interacting with others. He could say “hello,” to his caretaker by his own initiative and was said to be cute.
Milo liked to watch TV and play games after dinner. He was described as a timid boy who likes listening to music. His favorite activity is playing games and his favorite toys are those that make sound.

Drew is able to walk and play on his own. He likes to play with familiar people. He can eat and drink on his own and has made great progress in learning to control urination.

Milo could feed himself and walk on his own. He could’t talk yet but he did babble. He hadn’t started Kindergarten but was learning in the orphanage. He was learning from flash cards and knew “apple,” and his name. When his name was called he would answer, “yes.”
