AGENCY DESIGNATED SPECIAL FOCUS CHILD
Owen’s adoption report was written in May 2017 when he was 4 years old. He was said to be a good boy with bright eyes who is very cute when he smiles. He liked playing with toys that made noise and balls. He could walk alone short distances but needed support to go far. He could jump, kick a ball, climb stairs, draw with pencils and serve himself milk. He liked to imitate adults, could speak in simple sentences, and could understand and follow simple directions. He started Kindergarten in March 2017 and his teachers say he is a very good boy.
