Jasper was born in August 2007 and was found abandoned with a birth note when he was around 2 months old. He has been diagnosed as being blind.

SPECIAL FOCUS CHILD RELEASED TO THE SHARED LIST
His report was written in March 2009 and at that time he was described as having normal development and being cute and lovely. He liked playing with toys that made sound and listening to music, TV and radio. He would wave his hands and feet when happy and cry when he was tired. He liked to be held and would sometimes pretend to cry to be picked up. He knew how to point out body parts and was potty trained. He was said to be a clever boy.
AUGUST 2012 UPDATE BELOW:
Jasper was said to have grown taller and be cute. He had speech skills and could walk holding on to things. He had a normal diet and sleep and was very sensitive to sounds. He would quietly listen to music and would hum or sing when hearing a familiar song. He often asks his foster parents to play music on their phones. Jasper was described as being optimistic, active and sometimes stubborn.
NOVEMBER 2016 UPDATE BELOW:
Agency staff met Jasper in November 2016 and said he was talking up a storm! He enjoyed fruit snacks and was well spoken and curious. He felt all of the items on the table and asked questions about them.
He could walk and liked to do somersaults. He was able to manage much of his own self care and had very advanced speech. Jasper attends a special education school outside of the orphanage. He was described by agency staff as having a good personality and being outgoing and expressive.
