Randy was born in March 2016 and found abandoned as a newborn. He has been diagnosed with a private special need and had surgery for undescended testicles in May 2017. He also received surgery in the pelvic area in July 2017 but the report doesn’t indicate what it was for – possibly a kidney issue. Congenital Heart Disease was suspected when he entered the institute but there is no confirmation within his report as to whether or not he has any heart issues.

Randy’s adoption report was completed when he was 21 months old. He was living in foster care and liked to be held and spoken to. He would smile when played with and could crawl on his hands and knees, work buttons and was practicing sitting independently.

  

Compared to other children his age he was delayed and hadn’t yet developed any language. His favorite toys were those that made sounds.

His foster home has said he loves to crawl around, make silly faces and play with toys!
