Jackson

Jackson was born in July of 2015 and found abandoned when has about 5 days old. He was diagnosed with motor and mental developmental delay in April 2016.

SPECIAL FOCUS CHILD RELEASED TO THE SHARED LIST

In the orphanage he has established a regular life and schedule. He sleeps and eats as expected and has normal urination and defecation. Jackson has strong adaptability and has adjusted well to life in the orphanage.

He can now lift his head up while lying on his stomach, can roll over by himself, can locate the direction of sound, can visually follow moving toys, can distinguish between strangers and acquaintances, and will turn around when his name is called. He is beginning to babble, can hold his rattle-his favorite toy!-, is fairly quiet, and likes to be cuddled.
