Ben was born in February 2015 and found abandoned when he was around 3 months old. He has been diagnosed with post-operative congenital heart disease (TOF) and cognitive delay.

He could grasp nearby toys, tear paper, pick up small objects with his fingers and look for the source of sounds. He could follow moving objects with his eyes and search for a dropped object.
Ben was said to be cooperative with dressing and said to be active and extroverted. He liked to listen to music and play with toys that made sounds. Ben was described as having a ready smile and being fond of listening to music.
