When he was 12 months old he was said to have good spirits and a healthy body, although his development was delayed compared to other children the same age.  He could raise his head when lying on his stomach but needed help from staff to roll over or sit alone. When he would see a nurturer preparing his bottle he would watch with big eyes but didn’t try to hold the bottle himself.  He had sensitive ears and was the first to turn his head to look for sounds in the room.  He was said to be active and extroverted, liked noisy things and to be around people.  When he heard music he would dance with his hands and feet. They hoped to see great progress from him through rehabilitation training.  Hopefully updated info will come through and he will be doing well!
