Levi was born in March 2014 and found abandoned as a newborn. He has been diagnosed with undescended testicles and is said to have a slight intelligence and speech delay.

Levi is said to be a cheerful, extroverted and energetic boy who gets along well with others. He lives in a foster family and is closest to his foster grandma who makes him happy by playing with him. He loves hugs, playing outside, playing with toy cars and listening to music. Levi hasn’t received any therapy yet to assist with his speech delay. He’s said to be potty trained.
