   Andrew was born in March 2014 and found abandoned as a newborn. He was initially diagnosed with hydrocephalus (that didn’t require treatment) and a kidney issue, however it has been reported that these are no longer a concern.

Andrew was described as an active, extroverted boy with a ready smile.  He could be stubborn but got along with others, loved to imitate, was fond of playing with toys, especially balls, and was close to his caretaker and friends in his orphanage.

   

Andrew could put on shoes and a jacket, had bowel and bladder control, walked alone steadily, and could go up and down stairs by himself.  Although he was speaking in sentences of 3-4 words his intelligence and speech development were thought to be slightly delayed.
