AGENCY DESIGNATED SPECIAL FOCUS CHILD

Jacob is a serious little guy until something catches his fancy, then he breaks into an impish grin. He has normal intelligence, is quiet, likes to listen to music, play with toys and cars that make sounds, and watch TV.
