Scott was born in March 2013 and was found abandoned when he was two weeks old.  He has been diagnosed with cerebral dysplasia.

Scott has good self-care skills including feeding, dressing and going to the bathroom by himself, although his reactions are slower as compared with his peers.  He is described as shy, quiet, sensitive and helpful to the teacher of his special education kindergarten class.  Scott doesn’t always sit still in class and is a little slow in learning.  However, he knows right from left, can draw a person with body parts, and speaks in full sentences.
