Quincy was born in February 2012 and abandoned at the gate of the orphanage when he was one year old. He was diagnosed with coronary sinus widening, but doesn’t take any cardiac medication. He also has an ear deformity, but there is no mention of hearing loss.

Quincy is a smiling boy who is outgoing and cooperative, likes to watch TV and listen to music, imitate others. He can go up and down stairs on his own, run and jump. He likes all kinds of cars and block-building. His cognitive skills and ability to respond are delayed compared to same-age children. He is still in diapers, but is being trained for bowel and bladder control. He can speak simple phrases with clear pronunciation and he can follow instruction.
