Henry was born in November 2011 and found abandoned the same day. He was diagnosed with hypospadias and underwent a successful surgery last summer. He is also diagnosed with cryptorchidism (undescended testicles), but he does have normal bowel and bladder control. He was initially labeled with hermaphrodism, but the orphanage says they are certain he’s a boy.
SPECIAL FOCUS CHILD RELEASED TO THE SHARED LIST
Henry has had two epileptic seizures in his 4.5 years, and is occasionally taking anti-seizure medication, but not every day. His medical indicates that his walk is a little lame due to his seizures, but see the video below that shows him walking normally. He has some developmental delays and works with a special education teacher at the orphanage, but reportedly his performance is typical of other orphanage children. According to his reports from September he is able to recognize phrases and characters, says hi and bye when he meets someone new and also plays well with other children. Henry is a very well-liked boy in his orphanage.
