NOVEMBER 2016 UPDATE BELOW:
In November 2016 agency staff met Addilyn and noted that she had developmental delays and was malnourished. She would turn her head to locate sounds but she may have scarring in her ears from old ear infections. She engaged in dialogue and could speak in full sentences, but not clearly. She could write some numbers and Chinese characters and read some simple poems. She sang and danced, and had good mobility (walking, jumping, running). She threw a ball and dressed dolls. She is potty trained and has good self care ability with eating, dressing and bathing. Addilyn attends school on the orphanage campus and was said to be an outgoing girl who enjoys playing with other children. She is a very nice child with a good personality who loves to paint pictures!
