Adella

Adella was born in January 2016 and was found abandoned when she was around 8 months old. She has been diagnosed with being blind and motion development delay.

AGENCY DESIGNATED SPECIAL FOCUS CHILD

When Adella entered her institute she liked to be cuddled by her caretaker and would smile when she was played with. At 10 months old she played with her hands and liked to hold things. At 13 months, due to her delayed development she began to receive rehabilitation training in the institute. After rehabilitation training she could roll over, kneel, and sit with support. She liked toys with sound and could seek out the origin of sounds.

She was described as being cute, quiet and shy. She smiled when played with and laughed sweetly when happy. She would hold her arms out when she wanted to be picked up. She understood what “no” meant and was close to her caretakers. Her favorite activity was playing games and her favorite toys were Muppets and a rattle drum.
