Seth is a cheerful, happy and active boy who loves to laugh and show his sweet smile. He loves to be hugged and his favorite time is when his foster mom holds him to go outside to play. Seth loves playing outside and with toy cars.

Although congenital heart disease was mentioned during his initial exam after abandonment, there is no indication that he currently has any cardiac issues.
