Dylan was born in October 2013 and diagnosed with Down Syndrome.
SPECIAL FOCUS CHILD ON THE SHARED LIST
Sweet Dylan was abandoned in a baby safety island and estimated to be one year old. He was strong and in good condition although not walking yet. As he received love and care from his nannies he adapted to the new environment of his orphanage. At the time of his report in April 2015 he was said to be extroverted, able to crawl on hands and knees, stand, understands what adults say, and able to wave “good-bye.” He likes playing with toys with other children, watching TV and scribbling with a pen. He imitates people speaking, responds to his nannies when they ask him for objects and moves his body to the rhythm of music. He was starting to speak and could say, “Mom” which his nanny is very happy to hear! They say he is sometimes naughty and opens cabinets to pull out clothes when in his walker. Dylan is a sound sleeper who is not choosy about foods. His caretakers say he is a lovely boy.
