Julien

Julien was born in August 2011 and found abandoned as a newborn. He has been diagnosed with post-operative sacral meningocele.

Julien’s adoption report was written when he was five and a half years old. He had received surgery for his meningocele in Beijing and at the time of his report he was still there receiving rehabilitation training. He was described by caregivers as being intelligent, active, extroverted and obedient to his caregivers. He was fond of singing and had a ready smile.
