William was born in May 2011 and found abandoned as a newborn. He has been diagnosed with Down Syndrome and post-operative congenital heart disease.

AGENCY DESIGNATED SPECIAL FOCUS CHILD

William’s development was delayed so his institute provided early intervention and comprehensive rehabilitation training for him. During this time his development improved significantly and now at 8 years old he is able to walk independently, dress and feed himself and has good focus when playing with toys. He imitates others, understands his teacher’s instructions and likes to play with other children. He also enjoys outdoor activities and posing for pictures! William has a good appetite and likes to eat cake and fruit.
