AGENCY DESIGNATED SPECIAL FOCUS CHILD

Franco (aka Timothy) was born in January 2011 and found in a hotel room when he was about a month old.  He has highly complex congenital heart disease and underwent surgery he was 5 months old to have a pulmonary shunt placed in order to provide better oxygenation of his blood.  Franco will require multiple surgeries and possibly a transplant down the road if his condition worsens.  Franco is said to be a fun-loving little boy who likes to play with swings and balls and has a contagious smile.  He lives in a loving foster home and his motor skills are on target for a child his age.  This sweet boy needs a family to come forward quickly!
