Seth was born in October 2010 and has been diagnosed with Down Syndrome. He was abandoned in front of his Social Welfare Institute when he was about 4 months old. I got to meet him briefly last summer and was blown away by how much he and his teacher adore one another! He is such a happy little guy and truly wanted to imitate and please her.
