SPECIAL FOCUS CHILD ON THE SHARED LIST

Justin was born in September 2006 and found abandoned as an infant.   He was  hospitalized for rachischisis repair in November 2006.

Justin is said to be active and have a ready smile and closest to his caretakers. In 2011 it was reported that his motor development and balance were good.  He could walk, jump with both feet and skip on one foot alternately.  He was writing his name and recognizing several colors and speaking colors in English.
