Quinn was born in July 2016 and found abandoned as a newborn. She has been diagnosed with a private special need.
AGENCY DESIGNATED SPECIAL FOCUS CHILD
Quinn’s adoption was report was completed when she was around 16 months old and she was living with a foster family. She was described as a timid and shy little girl who was fond of listening to music, had a ready smile and got along well with others. She was said to have an introverted personality and be sweet tempered. She liked being cuddled by her foster parents and was happy to play alone in her bed with toys.
Quinn could crawl on her hands and knees, pick up small objects with her fingers, hold a pen to scribble and imitate drawing lines, bang two blocks together, and move them in and out of a cup. Her intelligence was said to be delayed compared to other children and although she didn’t have many self-care abilities, caretakers believed she would learn new skills and begin communicating with words in the near future.
