AGENCY DESIGNATED SPECIAL FOCUS CHILD
George’s adoption report was written when he was 16 months old and he was described as a shy and quiet boy with a ready smile. He was close with his foster parents and would need time to warm up to strangers. He could crawl, sit and walk with something to hold onto. His hands were flexible and he could pick up small objects and could hold a pen to imitate drawing lines.
He was not yet speaking words but his mental development was said to be similar to his peers. He was cooperative with dressing and able to work buttons. He liked listening to music and his favorite activity was playing with other children and various toys.
