*** $5,000 GRANT AVAILABLE ***
Henry was born in April 2016 and found abandoned as a newborn. He has been diagnosed with missing his right lower limb.
AGENCY DESIGNATED SPECIAL FOCUS CHILD
Henry’s adoption report was written when he was 20 months old and he was described as a timid and shy boy who liked smiling, listening to music, playing with toys, sitting in a walker and being cuddled by his foster parents.
Henry got along well with others and had quick reactions. He could crawl, walk in the walker, pick up small objects with his fingers, turn pages of a book and was cooperative with dressing. His intelligence was said to be the same as his peers and he was able to imitate words. Orphanage staff said he was too young to have many self care skills yet but they believed he would learn more in the near future and be able to express himself with words.
