William was born in September 2015 and found abandoned when he was a newborn. He has been diagnosed with external deformity of the left ear.

SPECIAL FOCUS CHILD RELEASED TO THE SHARED LIST

William was described as an active boy who is fond of imitation, playing games, listening to music, playing with toys and singing. He was said to get along well with other children,  have a ready smile and be quick minded. When he is unhappy the caretakers give him snacks and cuddle him. He likes playing with balls and dancing with the other children.

At the time of his report William could walk well, climb and use stairs without help. He could jump, use both hands deftly, hold a pen and scribble, and move blocks in and out of a container. He knew his name and liked to communicate with others. He understood adults, could communicate and follow instructions. He was cooperative with dressing, could feed himself and was able to point out body parts.

FEBRUARY 2018 UPDATE BELOW: 

His hearing is normal and he can hear on both sides. His intelligence is also normal. Although initially diagnosed with congenital heart defects he hasn’t had any treatments or operations and his daily activities aren’t restricted. There are no other health issues.
