Elizabeth was born in January 2015 and found abandoned when she was about 2 months old. She has been diagnosed with Down Syndrome, Congenital Heart Disease (ASD) and Mild Anemia.

Elizabeth received scientific feeding, considerate caring and adjusted to life in the institute. When she was 3 months old she responded to sound and light and her head could follow a moving object. At the time of her report she was 4 months old and could raise her head while lying on her stomach and use her eyes to follow a shaking toy. She had balanced nutrition, good physical development, regular daily routine and good living habits. She is described as a quiet girl who is fond of listening to music.
