AGENCY DESIGNATED SPECIAL FOCUS CHILD
Charlotte’s file was completed in August 2015 when she was 7 months old. At that time she was described as slightly delayed, shy and fond of quietness. She was attached to her caretaker and liked to be cuddled. She could raise her head when lying on her stomach, roll over and locate the direction of sounds. She liked listening to music and her favorite toys are those with bright colors.
On a trip in April 2016, agency staff noticed she has nystagmus. She could sit with support behind her but didn’t crawl.
