Cole was born in July 2014 and found abandoned when he was around 2 months old. He is diagnosed with brain dysplasia and iron-deficiency anemia.
AGENCY DESIGNATED SPECIAL FOCUS HOST CHILD
Cole attends school within his orphanage and is described as an outgoing, active, and athletic boy who enjoys playing outside, singing, talking, and playing with toys he can take apart and put back together. Caretakers say he is helpful, follows a daily routine, and is a good sleeper. He likes to imitate and act out scenes from martial arts movies.
He had a physical in September 2019 and no other medical needs were identified. His physical and speech development is fine, although sometimes his speech may not be very clear. He can follow simple instructions but his comprehension abilities are not strong. At this time it is unclear what exactly his “brain dysplasia” diagnosis means, how or if, it affects his daily life.
