Johnny was born in April 2014 and found abandoned as a newborn. He was diagnosed with post-operative Anal Atresia and had received his surgery prior to admission to his institute.
AGENCY DESIGNATED SPECIAL FOCUS CHILD
In March 2016 Johnny was placed with a foster family and his physical development was described as good. He was close with his foster mom and was happy when she would take him out to play or cuddle him. In his foster home he was reportedly able to use the potty and had 1-2 bowel movements daily, but wore diapers at night.
Johnny was described as being a cheerful, happy, active generous and thoughtful little boy. He could run, jump, go up and down stairs, and imitate drawing lines. His intelligence was said to be the same as his peers, he was speaking in sentences and was able to communicate with adults. His favorite activity was playing outside and he enjoyed toy cars. Orphanage staff said that he is too young to know many skills yet but they believe he will in the future.
