Connor was born in February 2014 and found abandoned when he was about ten months old. He has been diagnosed with several complex congenital heart defects and he had surgery about a year ago. He still has a little cyanosis on his lips if he runs or cries a lot. According to a US cardiologist who reviewed his file, Connor will most likely need additional surgery to complete his repair. The orphanage reported on 8/23/17 that Connor does not take any medication for his condition and his activities are not restricted.
AGENCY DESIGNATED SPECIAL FOCUS CHILD
Connor is a smart boy who counts along with his caregiver when she is teaching him numbers and can be seen following directions and imitating words in the video below. He’s quiet and introverted, feeds himself but eats slowly, and likes to take baths. He’s mostly potty-trained during the day but still in diapers at night. Connor likes to tattle and let the nannies know if another child does something wrong.
