Taylor was born in September 2013 and has been diagnosed with albinism. The orphanage reports that his vision tests showed he does not need glasses, though he has greater difficulty with his vision when outside in the sun, so he wears sunglasses.
AGENCY DESIGNATED SPECIAL FOCUS CHILD
Taylor is described as an outgoing, happy, and bright boy who gets along well with the other children in the orphanage. Taylor has bowel and bladder control and is cognitively on track with her peers.
Though he was shy when he was younger, once Taylor started kindergarten, he became talkative and liked to laugh. He was very happy and active, running to any slide he saw, singing and playing with others, showing great interest in everything outdoors. If there was a dispute in class, he and his classmates would easily reconcile, and the teachers said it was adorable to watch. He is a fast learner and he loves performing with classmates at holiday festivals.
