Oliver was born in May 2004 and found abandoned at 3 years old. He is diagnosed with right side hemiplegic paralysis but it doesn’t slow him down. Oliver can go up and down stairs, skip rope, run and jump normally. His right hand is a little smaller and weaker than his left hand but he manages all tasks very well.

Workers and teachers at his institute “all love this shy little boy,” who is honest, shows great adaptability, gets along with others, and looks after the younger children. They describe him as smart, smiling, active, cute, patient and outgoing with a quick mind and ready smile. He likes to sing and draw, is the chairman of his 5th grade class in a special school, where he earns all A’s and “excellents,” and is valued by his teacher for overall capability and thoughtfulness. He enjoys attending school and obeying rules, cooperates with classmates and builds friendships with them. He is used as the example of a good student at his school – he loves going to school, obeys the rules, keeps his work neat and gets along well with his classmates. He’s won awards for sports, drawing, and technology competitions.
