Liam was born in April 2004 abandoned at the gate of the orphanage when he was 4 years old. He is diagnosed with mild cerebral palsy, which seems to impact his right hand primarily.

Liam can walk, run, jump, climb stairs, walk on a balance beam and exercise just like the other children. He is described as polite, outgoing, smart and lovely. He is in 5th grade and can read, write, and count.
He is reported to have normal intelligence. He is well-loved by everyone in his school and institute. He gets along well with others, looks after younger children, sharing funny things or tasty snacks with them. Because of his outstanding performance, he was elected chairperson of his class. He’s won awards in technology and sports competitions, especially soccer. He loves to sing and draw.
